Emily J. Durigan

Emily is a communications professional driven by a passion for connecting people with meaningful causes. After earning her Master's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island in 2025, she joined Mass General Brigham as a Development Associate supporting the Neuroscience Institute. Her experience spans communications, nonprofit fundraising, event coordination, social media, graphic design, and relationship management. Emily is committed to helping organizations tell impactful stories, build lasting relationships, and create positive change in their communities.
